Would you eat a berry every day if you knew it would improve the condition of your rosacea? Many are calling the Chinese berry, goji, a super fruit because of all the great things it does for your body including: a boost to your sex drive, higher energy, mood improvement (it is often called the “happy fruit”), fights cancer and heart disease, eliminates cellulite, and does wonderful things for your skin fitness.
The goji berry is small like most other berries and contains more vitamin C than an orange and more beta-carotene than any other food. The berry also contains a high number of minerals, antioxidants, essential fatty acids, anti-inflammatories, and amino acids. The anti-inflammatory abilities make the goji berry beneficial in treating rosacea.
In addition to eating the berries or drinking a juice, there are skin products available that include goji like Murad Recovery Treatment Gel 1.7oz, part of Murad’s Redness/Sensitivity Line.

A 2006 study proved that women’s attractiveness and age appearance was judged less positively when skin tone was uneven. This proves that skin tone may make you look even more aged than wrinkles.
The study was published in the Evolution and Human Behavior journal and basically took the images of 170 Caucasian women between the ages of 10 and 70 to be examined. Using a computer, certain facial features were removed from the picture making certain to highlight the skin tone and luminosity of each woman’s face. Then taking only the image of the skin, each woman’s photo was placed over the same mold. This is so each face had the same shape and size.
From here 430 observers were asked about each woman’s health, age, and attractiveness. Those with blotchy, uneven skin were ranked as less attractive and guessed to be much older than they were. These results prove that melasma as a result of sun damage and hormones does make us look older. This is all the more reason to protect ourselves from the sun with a sunblock every day.
More studies are underway to look at the specific affects collagen, melanin, hemoglobin has on our appearance.

Then it’s good enough for SkinFitnessFacts.com.
Zents Sun Concreta was recently featured in O, The Oprah Magazine and so I had to give the perfume balm a try. For starters, this balm contains shea butter and beeswax, two ingredients Skin Fitness Facts has found works best in moisturizing skin and making it feel great. Not only does the perfume work well with my chemistry, but the container it comes in will suit you too. Once you’ve used all the balm, the stone cube can either be refilled or used around your home for decoration. Give it a try and let us know what you think.
