A friend and I were chatting about how poor my skin was. Im 31 and it wasn't getting any better. I had the skin of a 15 year old. So, tossed around the idea of maybe the aspartame in the diet coke could be causing it. So, I gave up Diet Coke 100% and I have not had a break out since! . I do allow myself to drink 1 of those miniature diet coke cans a day and I am fine. If I have a 12 oz. can my skin shows the difference the next day. I was a diet coke addict.
