Now this doesn’t mean vitamin A supplements, cleansers, and spot treatments won’t help treat neck acne, but its usually antibiotics that will work best. For women, pay attention to your menstrual cycle, you might notice some patterns between your breakouts and your period.

Hmm…I’ve never heard of taking oral Vitamin A supplements (other than Accutane) to help with acne….has anyone tried this? (you know I’m game…got a big ol’ Mt. Saint Helens on my chin as we speak…)!!!!

I take a supplement that is a combination of a lot of things including vitamin A and B. I love it and have noticed a huge difference. Once I remember the name, I’ll post about it.
