As part of the Skin Fitness Facts weekly look at different skin facts, today we are focusing on the eyes and all the amazing skin facts about them.
- Tugging on your skin, squinting, and smiling can all cause fine lines, wrinkles, and crows feet, which are a result of a breakdown in collagen
- The area of your face in between your eyebrows is called the glabella
- Periocular is the name for the skin around the eyes
- Those of us with a light hair and eye color are more likely to get skin cancer
- Blinking produces 10,000 different eye movements each day
- It’s impossible to sneeze with your eyelids open
- The skin around the eye is ten times thinner than the rest of our skin
- Eating salty foods can cause bags to form under the eyes
- Most eye injuries are a result of mascara wands

A good way to take care of your eyes is to take lots of vitamin-A and also some good eye rest..–

eye relaxation should always be a part of eye care as well as foods high in carotenes.~:
