A reader recently wrote in asking why men never have cellulite on their legs. Here’s an excerpt:

“I’m plagued by cellulite, yet my husband has none. He says it’s because I don’t drink enough water and need to lose 20 pounds, but I’m not convinced. Why is it that we eat the same diet, follow the same exercise regimen (none), and I’m the one with dimply thighs?  It’s hardly fair that men don’t get cellulite.”

Thanks for writing in Sandy, and you’re right, it’s not fair. Truth be told, men do get cellulite but it’s not as common as it is in women. Men mostly see cellulite on their stomachs while women have a lot of that dimply action on their behinds and thighs.
