If you are taking an MSM supplement to help get rid of your melasma, then here are a few skin facts you need to know:
1. If you take MSM with a vitamin C supplement, your body will absorb the minerals better.
2. Some say MSM helped to completely eliminate their dark spots. Some also say that after they stopped taking MSM their melasma returned.
3. MSM is essentially sulfur, so don’t expect these pills taste good.
4. Start by taking a small dosage every day and work your way up. Expect some stomach discomfort at first, but if anything persists definitely stop taking MSM and talk to your doctor.
